One on one Supervision: this complements and assists the performance management process. The supervisee is assisted to develop the new roles necessary to make the performance management process a success.
When the core role of team members is to communicate and coach clients and they are all doing it in their own way causing chaos and confusion. This affects both colleagues and clients.

Your Team has had a challenging period and needs a fun rewarding team building event. However, the event also needs to be meaningful and as a result create more understanding between team members, which will lead to easier and more productive working relationships
Teams, especially in the mental health field, need to constantly reflect on their professional practice, get feedback, learn from each other and work in ways that empower the client.
Team supervision (in the early days of team supervision where self reflection is a new concept, the supervision takes on more of a psycho-education role and topics for discussion will be taken from the module matrix).
A team is frustrated because meetings are unproductive due to both lack of structure and commitment. Team members are not confident to present an idea or think through a problem.
